Handle it by the crown (not the root), gently rinse it, and if you can, place it back in the socket or in a cup of milk — then call us immediately. Fast action gives the best chance of saving it.
A cold compress on the outside of your cheek and over-the-counter pain relief can help. Avoid very hot, cold, or hard foods on that side, and call us right away.
